( P)lanets - the life of normalcy has ended! is a free otome game for PC/ Mac made by Tea Cup Production. This game is the whole reason why I wanted to start this blog. I wanted to review it and mention something about it, which took the form of a mini rant below. Anyway, on to the review! Story: Kazuoki Marin is in her second year of high school. One day she accidentally falls down the stairs and suffers a concussion. As a result, she suddenly develops psychic abilities, specifically mind reading. She is invited to attend a special academy called Planets, a school for psychics. Gameplay: There are 3 datable guys in this game. Each decision corresponds to a specific guy. For example, choosing to eat lunch in class with give you a scene with Lucan. Then during those scenes, there may be other options to choose to develop your relationship with the guy. Each guy has a good end. as far as I can tell, there is only one bad end, and that is with Lucan. Then there is an end you get when you don’t choose enough correct answers for one of the other guys. This ending involves the best friend. The Guys: Ryuu – He is the fun, flirty, and charming guy. His psychic ability is teleportation. He lives life to have as much fun as possible, so he often skips class and sleeps on the roof. He doesn’t get along with Kaius and often goads him into fighting. He has a personal secret, which explains his carefree nature. Lucan – He is the nice guy with a prince-like appearance. His psychic power is telekinesis, so he can move stuff with his mind. He has a fan club of girls that follow him around and generally adore him. He’s shy, but he’s sweet and caring. Lucan’s a good cook. He eats almost nothing but sweets though. He’s tentative with the relationship, and Marin often has to make the first move. Lucan has a dark secret he’s hiding from everyone. As far as I know, he is the only.
